These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with your leaflet, email or respective promotional collateral.
1. This offer entitles you to receive the stated amount of years’ membership in the Republic of Ireland for the price stated on your leaflet (yearly membership usually €40/yr), plus any free driving credit to the value of that stated on the leaflet or other communication.
2. This offer is valid for all applications submitted by the date labelled within the terms & conditions on the leaflet and on the standard annual membership plan only.
3. To redeem this offer, members must enter the promo code provided (usually the text stated within the orange promo code box on your leaflet or other communication) into the promo code box on the application form.
4. Driving credit applies to rental costs only and is applied once the application has been approved and is to be used within 90 days of receiving such credit unless otherwise stated. Driving credit is not transferrable to any other member of Enterprise Car Club.
5. Unless otherwise specified, this offer does not apply to any additional charges including optional excess waiver, one way hire charges, fuel charges, additional driver and young driver charges, hire of additional items including but not limited to child seats, snow chains, roof racks and navigation guides.
6. This offer may not be used in conjunction with other promotional offers as determined by the Promoter.
7. This offer and these terms and conditions are additional to, and do not replace any terms of the agreement in relation to your rental, which contains important provisions relating to the hire of any vehicle and which shall continue to apply in full for the rental.
8. This offer and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by Irish law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of this offer and these terms and conditions in the Irish courts.
9. As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these terms and conditions, including the paragraph above, affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
