Driveyou members, we're here to make your transition smooth and rewarding.
Please note: Even if the application form indicates you need to verify your licence at a branch, as a Driveyou user Enterprise will contact you to verify your licence digitally.
For any Driveyou customers & applicants who already hold a membership with Enterprise Car Club, there's good news for you too. You can claim €30 driving credit*** by simply emailing membership@enterprisecarclub.ie from the email address you used in your Driveyou application. In the email, please provide proof that you are a member or applicant of Driveyou. For example, share a booking, user or application confirmation email.
Once you become an Enterprise Car Club member, you can rent a whole variety of vehicles from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at up to 10% off. Members can also get 5% off reservations made across 9,000 locations worldwide (including Alamo & National).
To claim your discount, simply log in to your Enterprise Car Club account and navigate to 'My Messages' where you will find it listed with other promotional codes.

Sign up online here using promotional offers available for Driveyou members and applicants. Simply use the promocode provided above and email proof of your Driveyou membership or application to membership@enterprisecarclub.ie. You can also join in person at any Enterprise Rent-A-Car branch.

Please note that there has been no data transfer between Enterprise Car Club and Driveyou, as they are and will remain separate organisations. For any customer service queries related to Driveyou, please continue to contact their support team directly.
Driveyou required members to be 21 years old with 2+ years driving experience to join. Whereas Enterprise Car Club allows member to join from 21, no need for 2+ years driving experience.
At Enterprise Car Club, we accept any nationality of driving license for the duration that they are valid in Ireland.
If you have an existing, or new, customer service query that relates to the Driveyou service or a specific booking, these will continue to be handled by the Driveyou team. Driveyou email support will continues until the end of June at support@driveyou.ie. The Enterprise Car Club Clubhouse is on hand should you have queries about our service or enrolment.
At Enterprise Car Club, we accept any nationality of driving license for the duration that they are valid in Ireland.
Booking
Like Driveyou, once your application has been approved. You can log in, choose your reservation start/end times and select an available vehicle. You can reserve vehicles in advance or on the go.
Unlike Driveyou, you can choose to log in on the website, use our mobile app or give us a call (phone booking fees apply*).

Enterprise Car Club’s standard liability is the same as Driveyou (€1,500). For more information click here.
With Enterprise Car Club, you can reduce this to €200 for €2.00/hour (max €16/day) when booking.

You can add an additional driver to your account for €20.
Please note that you must both reside at the same address and that any usage/fees relating to either yourself or your additional driver's reservations will be debited from the same payment source.
Accessing the Vehicles
Our IOS/Android app lets you unlock and lock vehicles at the beginning and end of your reservation.

At Enterprise Car Club the vehicle keys are also located in the glovebox – however, rather than being loose in the glovebox, they are situated in the back of a keyholder inside the glovebox. There will be a ‘fob’ attached to the keys which is inserted into the back of the keyholder which holds the keys in place.
Using the Vehicles
With Enterprise Car Club once you have started your reservation and mobilised the car, you will continue to use the keys as you would with a regular car for the duration of your reservation. You will use the keys to lock/unlock the vehicle until ending your reservation, at which point you will return them to the keyholder in the glove box (using the fob attached) and end your reservation using the app.

At Enterprise Car Club, vehicles are cleaned every 7–14 days as part of our Complete Clean Pledge. We also encourage members to follow the Car Club Code by keeping vehicles tidy.
Enterprise Car Club requires members to leave the vehicle once returned with at least a 1/4 tank full of fuel, which is the same as Driveyou required.
At Enteprise Car Club, we use DCI fuel cards instead of Circle K, which Driveyou used. DCI fuel cards are accepted at numerous garages across Ireland. To find out more about which garages accept DCI cards, click here.
Use the fuel card located in the glovebox or dashboard holder (right of the steering wheel).

Billing
Driveyou may have allowed free cancelation up to 2 hours prior to your booking and a €25 charge if cancel within 3 hours of your booking. However, if you did not let them know, you would have been charged for the full reserved time.
However, at Enterprise Car Club we offer free cancellation up to 5 hours before your booking, but anything within that or after the start time would incur a fee for the cost of the reservation up to a maximum of £30.00, whether you let us know or not.

Driveyou May Reservations: We will contact you directly if your Driveyou booking this month will be affected. Existing bookings which end on or before the 28th of May will not be affected
To maximize mobility for Driveyou users, bookings are now limited to a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 1 day.
Driveyou June Reservations: All bookings from 29 May onwards will need to be remade through Enterprise Car Club, by first becoming a member.
1. This offer entitles you to sign up to the Standard + Membership Plan of Enterprise Car Club for no initial signing up fee for the first year of membership only.
2. To be eligible for this promotion you must, (a) be an existing member of Driveyou; (b) satisfy the eligibility criteria for Enterprise Car Club membership; and (c) not have held an Enterprise Car Club membership in the 6 months prior to your new application.
